In order to support the health and wellness of staff and physicians throughout Northern Health, this resource guide was developed through a partnership with the UHNBC Physician Initiative Committee (UHNBC Hospital Staff Health and Wellness Initiative), Northern Health, and the Library. The focus of this guide is:

• to bring together research and other information sources on key factors associated with health and wellness in healthcare workplaces
• to identify information around interventions or current strategies to address system and organizational issues
