Mobile Apps: UpToDate App

• Gives you access to the Mobile App on up to 2 devices
• Gives you remote access to the UTD website from an offsite computer
• Allows physicians to track reading hours for certain CME credits through the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons or College of Family Physicians Canada

UpToDate, while protected by copyright, permits some uses of its content in presentations for educational purposes in accordance with its licensing agreement. If you have questions about using topics, images, or graphics in lectures and educational presentations, visit their information page:

• Visit any computer inside the Northern Health network (e.g. at work) or use your VPN connection
• Go to UpToDate.com
• Select "Register" in the top right corner
   
   
• Fill out the registration form (make note of your username and password!
  • You can use an email that is not Northern Health to register if desired. 

• Apple iTune App
• Google Play

• Open the App
• Enter the username and password you created
• Accept the license agreement

Things to know:

• The App stays logged in unless you logout manually
• Your mobile App access is good for 90 days then you must login again on a Northern Health computer (against the onsite subscription)
• You can stay consistently active by simply logging in from time to time on your account when you are onsite at Northern Health

Forgotten passwords can be reset.

• Go to UpToDate.
• Click the "login button" in the top right hand corner.
• Choose "Forgot username or password."
